Scholarship Opportunities

Tjaden Scholarship
Each year, up to fifteen Tjaden Scholarships of $1,000 each are awarded to seasonal employees who have demonstrated outstanding work qualities, leadership, and good character.

Tjaden Scholarship winners are also eligible to receive an additional award - two Tim Johnson Memorial Scholarships of $500 each are awarded  annually for courage and humor, and one Winston Satran Scholarship of $500 is awarded for character and hard work.

Hubbard Scholarship
Two students attending the University of North Dakota will be presented with a $1,500 Don Hubbard Educational Assistance Award. 

Sheila Schafer "Sunshine Award"
A $1,000 scholarship is awarded to a student worker who is a true "day maker" - someone who enriches the lives of co-workers and guests through a positive attitude, energy in their work, and genuine kindness.
